1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the provision of man and van services provided by Brilliant Man And Van(“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services, you (“the Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Brilliant ManAndVan.com is a trending name of Brilliant-Removal.com Limited. Users must be 18 years or older. 

2. Services Provided

The Company provides transportation services including, but not limited to, the following:

- Domestic relocations
- Commercial moves
- Collection and delivery of goods
- Disposal and recycling of unwanted items

The specifics of the service will be outlined in the booking confirmation.
-The Company reserves the right to decline any booking requests at its discretion, particularly those that require the transport of illegal items or hazardous materials.

. Any misuse, fraud, or illegal activity will result in legal action.

3. Booking Procedure

To book our services, you must:

- Complete an online booking form or contact us directly via telephone.
- Provide accurate details regarding the nature of the move, including but not limited to date, time, locations, and types of items to be transported.

-Upon receipt of a booking request, the Company will issue a confirmation via email or written communication, detailing the date, time, and nature of the Service.
- Pay any required deposit as stipulated in the booking confirmation.

Bookings are subject to availability, and the Company reserves the right to decline any booking that does not comply with these conditions or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made according to the following:

-A deposit may be required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the Service.

-Accepted methods of payment include cash, credit card, and bank transfer. All payments must be processed in full before the commencement of the Service.

 5. Cancellation Policy

Should the Client wish to cancel the booking, they must provide notice as follows:

- Cancellations made at least 2 days before the scheduled service will receive a refund of all funds paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled service will result in no refund of any funds paid.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any service prior to commencement due to unforeseen circumstances, offering a full refund of any payments made.

6. Liability

The Company shall take reasonable care in providing its services; however, we are not liable for:

- Any loss or damage to goods unless due to our negligence.
- Delays caused by adverse weather conditions, traffic conditions, or beyond our control.
- Any consequential losses incurred by the Client as a result of delay or non-performance.

-Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder if such failure results from any cause beyond that party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or governmental actions.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

- Ensure that the items to be moved are adequately packed and are in good condition.

-The Client must disclose any items that are particularly fragile, valuable, or susceptible to damage.

-The Client shall be present at the agreed location on the day of the Service, or an alternative arrangement must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

-Clients must ensure that they have adequate insurance for their belongings during transport.

-Any changes to the original booking must be communicated to the Company at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Service.
- Provide access to both pick-up and drop-off locations.
- Inform the Company of any specific requirements or restrictions concerning the move (e.g., parking restrictions, stairs, etc.).

8. Complaints

In the event of dissatisfaction with the service, Clients should address complaints to the Company immediately, providing details of the issues encountered. The Company aims to resolve complaints effectively and within a reasonable timeframe.

9.Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to existing clients and will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website or through other channels.

10. Privacy Policy

The Company values Client privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. Personal data collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purposes of providing services, and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

11. Agree to Terms and Conditions

By engaging with Brilliant Man and Van Service, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
